2. Include a link to your website and detailed informations about your problem.

3. Read the theme documentation and watch the video tutorials. Many support questions can be answered simply by doing it. So, please do it.

4. Search through tickets. If you perform a search, you can find a solution to your problem. If you don't find anything, feel free to submit a ticket.

5. Support is offered Monday - Friday, but please allow me up to 24/48 hours to review the ticket.

6. Support does not include:

  • Customization and installation services.
  • Support for third party plugins. (WooCommerce, Contact Form 7, etc.)
  • Help with your server issues.
